WHAT IS IT?
Come join us every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the summer months for soccer specific strength and conditioning. Sessions will begin at 7am and last for one hour. The session will include speed and agility, fitness and strength exercises, both with and without a ball. Whether you are preparing for the high school or college season players of all ages are welcome. The Breakfast Club will be a community of players dedicated to improving their physical skills. Players will be grouped by age and ability, however interaction between all players will be highly encouraged. Older players will be encouraged to act as mentors to younger players, and younger players will see what it takes to achieve at the college level. Come join the club!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy We value your time, and we appreciate you valuing ours—especially as we have many players eager to book sessions. While we strive to be flexible, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the time slot. Therefore: Cancellations received within 12 hours of the session will be charged the full fee. Cancellations made 12–24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Rescheduling Policy We recognize that schedules can be hectic, so you can reschedule your session as long as it's done 24+ hours in advance. Rescheduling can be completed online. Please note that any rescheduling within 24 hours will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
