Beestera Soccer App — Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Beestera Soccer Training App, including all content, features, and services provided therein. By registering for an account, purchasing a membership, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
 

Beestera Soccer Training LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
 

2. Eligibility and Account Holders

Beestera app accounts are held by parents and legal guardians. To create an account you must be at least 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of each player you add.
 

Players do not hold their own accounts. A parent or guardian creates a player profile for each child within their account and manages that profile, including the information provided about the player. Players may use the app under the account their parent or guardian has created and controls.

By creating a player profile, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that player and you consent to Beestera collecting and processing the player's information for the purpose of providing the training service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Beestera does not knowingly permit a person under 18 to create their own account.

A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of a player profile and its associated information at any time by contacting Beestera.

3. Membership Plans and Payment Terms

Membership Tiers — Beestera offers three membership options:

• Basic Membership provides access to three weekly training challenges, leaderboards, and achievements.

• Pro Membership includes all Basic features plus a guidebook, training roadmaps, and access to the Train and Learn portals. A one-week free trial is available.

• Training Membership includes all Pro features, an exclusive training shirt, two player evaluations per year, and discounts on private sessions. This membership is designed for players training in-person.

Purchase Channels, Automatic Renewals and Billing — Memberships may be purchased through beestera.com or through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Memberships purchased through beestera.com are billed by Beestera Soccer Training LLC via Stripe. Memberships purchased through an app store are charged to the user's Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and are billed by Apple or Google, not by Beestera. All memberships automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date — through Beestera for website purchases, or through the user's device settings for in-app purchases. Users who purchased in-app are responsible for managing those subscriptions via their device settings.

Refund Policy — Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law and as set out below. For memberships purchased through beestera.com, a full refund is available within 7 days of purchase; requests after 7 days are considered case by case and require Operations approval. For memberships purchased through an app store, Beestera does not process refunds; requests must be submitted to the user's app store provider and are granted at Apple's or Google's discretion under their respective policies.

Discount Codes — Membership discount codes, including partner club discounts, can only be applied to purchases made through beestera.com. They cannot be redeemed against an in-app purchase.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration — Account holders must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Unauthorized Use — Account holders are responsible for securing their login credentials. Beestera is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from account holder negligence.

Termination and Suspension — Beestera reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or abuses refund policies.

5. Private Training Sessions and Discounts

Beestera members receive discounted rates on private training sessions. At least one player in a booking must have an active membership to receive discounted pricing.

Non-members may book training at standard rates but do not receive discounts or additional benefits such as evaluations or training shirts.

6. Player Evaluations

Training members receive two player evaluations per year, scheduled during in-person training sessions. Evaluations are personalized, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other services.

Non-members do not receive player evaluations unless they enroll in the Training Membership.

7. Beestera Training Shirt Policy

Training members receive one exclusive training shirt upon initial sign-up. Shirts are not reissued annually.

If a replacement shirt is needed due to size change or loss, members may purchase a new one for an additional fee. Training shirts cannot be purchased separately outside of the membership program.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Results — The Beestera app provides training guidance but does not guarantee improvements in performance, skill level, or athletic ability.

Assumption of Risk — Users assume all risks associated with soccer training, including injuries and physical exertion. Beestera is not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of our training programs.

No Warranty — The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Beestera does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beestera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. If Beestera is found liable, damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the most recent subscription period.

9. Privacy and Data Collection

Beestera collects and processes limited user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data collected includes basic account details and training metrics.

Beestera does not process the personal data of any user under 18 for marketing, advertising, or profiling purposes, and does not sell the personal data of any user under 18.

10. Termination and Modifications

Beestera reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the app at its discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the app after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albany, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits.
