If you are attending the Golden Goal Residential Camp, CLICK HERE to fill out the required paperwork. You must fill out and submit:

1. The Beestera Health & Release Form

2. The Golden Goal Waiver (can only fill this out by clicking the link)

   1. Click “Register”

   2. Create an account on League Apps (if you don’t have one already)

   3. Fill out the information

   4. Group Name is “Beestera Soccer 2026”
