A Return to Wales, in Search of New Coaching Talent

Sessions were held on Newton College's campus to recruit coaches for our 2024 Summer Camps.

[Newtown, Wales] Coach Kurtis Smith returned to his roots in Newtown, Wales, on a mission to recruit quality coaches for our summer camps. This initiative is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen our coaching staff with individuals who share our commitment to excellence in soccer training and development.

Kurtis, who has been a vital part of our team, is using his connections in Wales to identify coaches who embody the values that Beestera stands for. His journey back to Newtown is a crucial step in expanding our program with coaches who are eager to make an impact, and experience a summer in the US.

Newtown College has been selected for this significant recruitment drive, and Kurtis is particularly excited about the opportunity to bring in coaches who can contribute to the growing success of Beestera Soccer Training in the United States.

"Returning to Newtown is always special for me, but this time it's even more meaningful. I'm looking for coaches who are not only talented but also passionate about developing players and making a difference in their lives. I believe the coaches here in Wales have a lot to offer, and I’m excited to see how they can contribute to Beestera’s future."
