A year-long Coaching Education and Sports Management Internship, gaining hands-on experience across coaching, business management, and program development.
Beestera is excited to announce the arrival of two new interns from the United Kingdom who will participate in a year-long Coaching Education and Sports Management Internship. Dylan Stephens from Wales and Antoni (Toni) Wroblewski from Northern Ireland initially joined us during the summer of 2024, gaining valuable experience coaching at our summer camps.
This internship is a first for Beestera, designed specifically for university/college students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in both soccer coaching and business management.

"This is such an incredible opportunity for me to learn and grow as both a coach and a person. I’ve always loved being on the field, but seeing how everything works behind the scenes is something I’m really excited about. I can’t wait to see how much I can improve during this internship." - Dylan Stephens
Throughout the year, Dylan and Toni will rotate through various departments within Beestera, including private training, club development, camps, futsal, and administration. This unique opportunity will provide them with a well-rounded understanding of how a successful soccer training business operates, while also enhancing their coaching skills and professional development.

"This time last year, I didn't even know Beestera existed, but the experience this past summer was amazing. When the chance of an internship came up, I jumped at the opportunity to learn from people who really value the person." - Toni Wroblewski
Matt Needham, Chief Operating Officer at Beestera and the leader overseeing the internship program, shared his thoughts:
"Dylan and Toni demonstrated values that perfectly align with Beestera's mission when they joined us in the summer of 2024. They've earned the opportunity to deepen their connection with the business. During the summer, the focus was on the field, but this internship will allow them to experience everything that happens off the field as well."
At Beestera, we strive to develop great players and even better people. Dylan and Toni’s journey will be an exciting part of our mission as they grow within the soccer community and make meaningful contributions to our programs.
