CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We value your time and appreciate your consideration of ours. With many players eager to book sessions, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill open slots. To ensure fairness and efficiency, our cancellation and rescheduling policies are as follows: Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session will be charged the full fee. Cancellations made between 12–24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the fee. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. You may reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance, provided the new session falls within the same week (Monday–Sunday). Rescheduling can be done online. Any rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
