Campers are each given a THRIVE Challenge Card at the beginning of the week. It’s a personal accountability tool designed to help them reflect on and apply Beestera’s core values both on the field and at home.

Below, you’ll find an overview of how to use the card, along with practical examples to guide their actions. Campers are responsible for keeping and completing their own card. No extras will be provided.

Those who consistently engage with the challenge and embody the THRIVE values throughout the week can earn extra tickets for the camp prize raffles.
